From Stillness to Insight

7 POST-MEDITATION PROMPTS TO DEEPEN AWARENESS AND PRESENCE

An invitation to connect with yourself

This guide was created as a companion to your meditation practice — a soft space to land after sitting, especially when your thoughts feel tangled or your insight feels just out of reach.

Inside, you’ll find seven journaling prompts, each designed to meet you where you are and help you listen more deeply to what’s rising.
Because sometimes, what we need isn’t more instruction — just a gentle way in.

What’s inside

Why combine meditation and journaling?

Meditation invites stillness.
Journaling helps make sense of what we find there.

Together, they create a rhythm of presence and reflection — one that can support clarity, calm, and personal insight, even in the midst of a full or chaotic life. Journaling after you sit can make your practice more sustainable, more personal, and more deeply integrated.

Meet your guide

Hi! I’m Marie Louise

I’m a mindfulness teacher, writer, and artist. My work explores how we can reconnect with ourselves and the world around us through presence, reflection, and creativity.
I’m also a mother of 4 daughters, neurodivergent entrepreneur. I know the value of time and introspection, especially in today’s chaotic world.

I also know that just 5 minutes spent in presence make a great difference in the way we connect with the world, others and even ourselves.

I created this guide to support you in reclaiming your time, energy and self-awareness, wherever you are in your journey.
