Terms & Conditions — 3-Session Advising Pack
1. Duration & Scheduling
The three advising sessions must be used within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of purchase.
Sessions are booked in advance and subject to availability.
2. Refund Policy
You may request a refund after the first session only.
The cost of a single session is 250€, which will be deducted from the total pack price (630€).
Refund amount: 630€ – 250€ = 380€.
No refunds are issued after the second or third session has been delivered, or once the package is complete.
3. Email Support
You receive ongoing email support:
Between sessions, and
For 3 weeks after the final session.
Email support follows my working hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00–16:00 (Paris time)
I reply within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
4. Rescheduling
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
Last-minute cancellations count as a used session.
