Terms & Conditions — Single Advising Session
1. Booking & Payment
Payment confirms your session and secures the time in my schedule.
Sessions are 75 minutes and take place online.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or a new appointment slot.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, as the time is reserved entirely for you.
Once the session has been delivered, no refunds are issued, since the value of this offering is provided during our time together.
If, for any reason, I need to reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
3. Email Support
You receive ongoing email support for 3 weeks after your session.
Email support follows my working hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00–16:00 (Paris time)
I reply within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
