I also integrate mindfulness practices because I believe awareness is the key that makes your creative process more meaningful, nourishing, and ultimately fulfilling.

Not at all. You just need a sense that something wants to begin—whether that’s a creative practice, a shift, or a return to yourself. We’ll explore it together and shape it as we go. This is a space for vision, not pressure.

Some clients come with a desire to write, paint, start a blog, or design a new offer. Others are navigating transitions—career, motherhood, burnout—and need help finding direction again. The project might be personal, creative, professional, or something you don’t have words for yet. It all belongs.

If you chose the Single Session option, you’ll only need 75 minutes and then the amount of time you chose to spend on your project.
If you’re going for the 3-session Journey, you’ll have three 75-minute sessions over about 6–8 weeks. In between, you’re welcome to reflect, write, rest, or take small steps—but there are no assignments or deadlines unless you ask for them. This is not about “keeping up.” It’s about moving in your rhythm. -
No prior experience needed. I’ll gently weave mindfulness into our work in ways that feel supportive, not overwhelming. This might include breathing, journaling, or simply noticing what’s present.
